Common questions

What homeowners usually ask.

How much does tree removal cost?

It depends on the size of the tree, where it’s located, and how easy it is to access. We give you a firm written price after the on-site visit so you know exactly what you’re paying before any work starts.

Are estimates really free?

Yes. No call-out fee, no obligation, no high-pressure pitch. If you decide not to go ahead, we shake your hand and move on.

How quickly can you book a job?

It depends on the season and how busy things are, but for most residential work in Durham Region you can expect to be on the schedule within a week or two of confirming a quote.

Do I need a permit to remove a tree in Whitby?

The Town of Whitby protects certain trees — particularly large or boundary trees. We’ll tell you on the estimate visit whether a permit applies, and we can supply the arborist report you’ll need.

How does it work?

Tell us about your tree by phone or through the form. We’ll get back to you with a no-obligation quote — either over the phone or after a quick on-site look.

What about cleanup?

All debris is hauled away as part of the quoted price. We rake the work area and check for stray branches before we leave. If you’d like the wood for firewood, just say so.

Not sure what your tree needs? We’ll come look — free.
